Job Opportunity: Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
Location: Horley, RH6
Salary: Up to GBP37,500 per annum + GBP5,000 Welcome Bonus
Hours: Full–time, Permanent

Join a dedicated team at a specialist 12–bed CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) facility in Horley, where your compassion and expertise will make a lasting impact.
About the RMN Role:
As an RMN in this state of the art CAMHS service, you'll be at the heart of delivering high–quality, person–centred care to young people aged 13–18 with a range of mental health disorders. You'll work in a nurturing environment that values teamwork, growth, and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities for the RMN role:
– Deliver effective nursing care tailored to individual needs
– Lead on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
– Mentor and support colleagues to foster a positive team culture
– Monitor and document changes in service users' conditions with precision
What We're Looking For in a RMN:
– NMC–registered Mental Health Nurse qualification
– Excellent team–working and communication skills
