We’re partnering with a lovely, well-established GP Practice in Maidstone that’s seeking a confident and capable Medical Administrator to join their friendly team on a part-time or full-time, temp-to-permanent basis.

If you have a strong healthcare background and can confidently use EMIS, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing patient referrals

*

Processing SARs, coding & summarising

*

Booking and coordinating appointments

*

Supporting QOF administration

*

Handling incoming/outgoing post

*

Scanning and uploading documents

*

Updating and maintaining patient records

*

Delivering excellent service over the phone and in person

What We’re Looking For:

*

Previous experience as a Medical Administrator

*

Strong working knowledge of EMIS (essential)

*

NHS or healthcare sector background

*

Ability to hit the ground running

*

Professional telephone manner & excellent customer service skills xjnqpsq

Reliable, organised and proactive approach
