Level 3 Qualified Childcare Practitioner

Simply Education is currently recruiting for a Level 3 Qualified Childcare Practitioner to join a warm and welcoming Nursery based in Cambridge. We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual who is passionate about supporting young children's early development and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high–quality care and education for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Plan and deliver engaging, age–appropriate activities.

Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.

Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and colleagues to support each child's individual needs.

Observe, assess, and record children's progress.

Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (e.g. NVQ, CACHE, or Diploma).

Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.

Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Skills and Attributes:

Warm, caring, and patient nature.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Creative and adaptable approach to learning and play.

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
