Lettings Viewing Officer

Location: London-based with travel to multiple sites for training

Contract: 3–6 months temporary assignment

Pay: £19.66 per hour (LTD)

Start Date: ASAP

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Lettings Admin Officer to join a well-established housing provider’s Customer Support department on a temporary basis. This role supports the Lettings Consultants in ensuring void properties are let within target times, maximising rental income and minimising void loss.

Key Responsibilities

Allocate and offer homes in line with policies, procedures, and nomination agreements.

Manage administration related to the relet procedure, maintaining accurate data and records.

Liaise with A2Dominion’s operational teams, residents, local authorities, and contractors to resolve customer queries efficiently.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Support the delivery of an efficient lettings process for social and affordable rent properties, primarily across the London area.Requirements

GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (A*–C).

Experience within a customer-focused environment.

Background in allocations and lettings services.

Knowledge of housing and homelessness legislation, and Choice-Based Lettings systems.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines.

Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.Desirable

Understanding of void maintenance and relet processes.

Experience within social housing or local authority lettings.Key Competencies
