What you ll be doing:

Lead and manage the endoscopy team, ensuring effective use of staff and resources. Maintain and promote high standards of patient care and clinical practice. Oversee the JAG Accreditation process, ensuring compliance and excellence. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and team dynamics.

What we re looking for:

Qualified RGN or ODP with current NMC or HCPC registration. Proven experience in managing JAG Accreditation processes. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team. Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and clinical practice.
