Internal Communications Lead

NES Fircroft is recruiting an Internal Communications Lead to join a leading agricultural company. This role is a contract role for 12 months.

Overview:

As an Internal Communications Lead for UK and Ireland you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between leadership and employees, fostering engagement and facilitating smooth information flow.

Location:

This is a hybrid role based on 3 days on site in Bracknell and 2 days remote

Required Skills:

Proven track record in developing and executing impactful internal communications strategiesExperience in R&D/technical/scientific, agricultural, or chemical manufacturing environmentsExpertise in change management communicationsStrong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, attuned to diverse audiencesProficiency in digital communication platforms and analytics toolsAbility to produce engaging content in various formatsEducation and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fieldMinimum five years of experience in internal communications roles within multi–site organisationsApply:
