gap personnel Gloucester, operating as an employment business are currently recruiting for Production Line Operatives, in Evesham, Worcestershire (WR11).

You will be joining a business that is a leading name in the fresh produce industry, specialising in the sourcing and supply of fresh fruit to the UK market. Working as a Packing Line Operative has a variety of tasks such as:

Packing of singular and multiple productsLoading and unloading of containersGrading, weighing and labelling of fruitPalletising safely for despatchQuality checks such as bruising and damage The site operates 7 days a week running shift: Monday to Sunday, 6am – 3.00pm (approx.)

Back shift – Monday Friday 4pm 1am + weekends back shift starting at 3pm midnight ( only occasional weekends )

Pay Rates :

Basic rate – GBP11.44 p/hAny hours after 22:00 – GBP13.43p/hOvertime after 40 hours : GBP15.26 p/h The roles are ongoing temporary work with opportunities to go permanent with the client after completion of minimum 12 weeks of work.
