We're supporting a North West–based organisation delivering essential care services as they look to appoint an Interim Head of Human Resources to provide leadership during a key period of transformation. This is a pivotal role with immediate impact with the potential to transition into a permanent appointment for the right individual.

Description

Operating as part of the senior leadership team, you will:

Take ownership of the HR function and people agenda during a critical periodLead the delivery of workforce strategy and organisational change initiativesProvide expert guidance on employee relations, reward and workforce planningSupport senior stakeholders and the Board with strategic HR insightDrive engagement, performance and cultural improvement initiativesEnsure the HR function is operating effectively across a multi–site environment

Profile

We're looking for a highly experienced Interim Head of Human Resources who can step in and add value quickly:

Track record operating at Interim Head of Human Resources level (ideally in an interim capacity)Strong experience leading change, transformation, or workforce modernisationComfortable in complex, stakeholder–rich environmentsAble to quickly build credibility with Executive and operational leadersImmediately available or on a short notice periodNot For Profit, Charity, Social Care, Healthcare industry experience is desirable iof not essential.
