Tripod Partners are recruiting an experienced Housing Occupational Therapist to join a well-established team in London. These Housing positions are highly sought after and the role focuses on supporting residents to maintain independence and wellbeing within the community.

You'll work collaboratively with Adult Social Care, Housing Solutions, and Asset Management teams to ensure appropriate housing and adaptations for residents with complex needs.

The post involves working across the Adaptations and New Homes teams and contributing to the management of adapted properties.

Key details:

Deliver theory-based training remotely and face-to-face (initially)Progress to joint visits with staff to provide practical training and support competency sign-offBe onsite in the borough at least 3 days per weekConduct a small number of OT assessments including domiciliary care reviews, risk assessments, and specifying straightforward adaptations (e.g., wet rooms, stairlifts)Ideal candidate:
