Additional Benefits:

GBP14.00/hr Monday to Friday

(GBP15.00/hr after 8pm) GBP15.60/hr Saturday & Sunday

(GBP16.60/hr after 8pm) Paid travel time & mileage Holiday pay & pension Blue Light Card & additional perks

Client–Led Visits:

Provide meaningful care without rushed appointments

The Role As a Home Care Professional, you ll support older adults to live independently in their own homes by providing:

Companionship & meaningful conversation Light housekeeping & home help Personal care support Help with outings & appointments No rushing. No back–to–back calls. Just quality care.

What We re Looking For:

Compassionate, reliable individuals with a genuine passion for care Commitment to regular hours (e.g. 10, 20, or 30 hours per week) Flexibility within agreed working times A positive, caring attitude and dedication to high–quality support Essential Requirements:

Kind, reliable, and patient Passionate about helping others Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle (essential) Experience is helpful, but not required
