Requirements
Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Carer is desirable. A caring, patient, and professional approach. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Right to work in the UK. DBS check or willingness to undergo the required checks. Relevant care qualifications are desirable but not essential.
