Job Duties: Providing high–quality care and support to patients in a healthcare settingAssisting with daily activities such as feeding, bathing, and dressing patientsMonitoring and recording patient vital signsAssisting healthcare professionals with medical proceduresEnsuring a clean and safe environment for patientsCommunicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members Required Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalentPrevious experience working in a healthcare settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamBasic understanding of medical terminology and proceduresDriver with Access to a vehicle Education: Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths

Experience: Previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant

Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of health and safety regulationsAbility to follow instructions and protocolsEmpathy and compassion towards patientsBasic IT skills Preferred Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social CareFirst Aid certification Working Conditions: The Healthcare Assistant role involves working in a healthcare environment, which may include exposure to illnesses and medical procedures. The position requires standing for extended periods and lifting/moving patients. Part–Time hours are expected with potential for flexible shifts.
