Job Title: Healthcare Assistant (HCA) / Care Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking caring and reliable Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to support residents in UK care homes. The role involves providing high-quality personal care and emotional support while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing in line with CQC standards. Weekly pay available.

Key Responsibilities

*

Provide personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and feeding

*

Support residents with mobility and daily living activities

*

Monitor residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing

*

Report and record changes in residents’ condition

*

Assist with care plans and daily documentation

*

Support nurses and senior carers with clinical tasks

*

Promote dignity, privacy, and respect at all times

*

Follow safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety procedures

*

Participate in handovers and team meetings

Essential Requirements

*

Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant / Care Assistant (UK care home preferred)

*

Right to work in the UK

*

Good communication and interpersonal skills

*

Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused approach

*

Ability to work flexible shifts (days/nights/weekends)

Desirable xjnqpsq Criteria

*

NVQ / QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care

*

Experience in elderly care, dementia care, or nursing homes

*

Up-to-date mandatory training (Manual Handling, Safeguarding, BLS)

*
