Our client is a fast–growing healthcare organisation, which is at a pivotal stage of transformation. We re seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead our people strategy and drive engagement, retention, and organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the HR team. Drive change management, workforce planning, and TUPE projects. Use data insights to improve retention and measure ROI. Oversee reward, training, and engagement initiatives. Act as SME for escalated ER issues. What We re Looking For
Proven HR leadership in a growing or SME environment. Strong knowledge of UK employment law, TUPE, change management and ER. Experience in managing an HR team Skilled in data analysis and HR systems. MCIPD/FCIPD or equivalent experience. Benefits
