Head of Clinical Services

West Midlands and Stourside Hospital

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll be integral to the development of the strategic vision and plan for the hospital, taking full accountability for the delivery of quality and safety as well as customer and commercial results. As the Head of Clinical Services, you will deliver engaging communication to our staff, patients, and wider hospital peers, bringing innovative ideas and the ability to collaborate at all levels to this role.

As an inspiring leader, you will have a strong track record of leading and developing high performing teams, and will be able to motivate, lead and guide ours at West Midlands and Stourside Hospitals. Ensuring the clinical teams perform to the very best of their ability you will be key in bringing impressive results to the hospital.

Where you'll be based

West Midlands Hospital is one of the West Midland's leading private hospitals set in 3.5 acres of pleasant grounds at Colman Hill, Halesowen, ten miles from Birmingham City Centre. Operating since 1988 the hospital has 29 private bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities.

By investing in advanced medical technology, the hospital offers a wide range of treatments and services. We have two theatres one with Lamina flow and cover a wide range of surgical specialities; these include Orthopaedics, General surgery, Gynaecology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Cosmetic and urology. We also have a separate endoscopy suite.

The role also provides our sister hospital Stourside Hospital, located just 4 miles from West Midlands Hospital at our purpose build facility in Stourbridge. The hospitals work closely together to provide a wide range of services to our patients.

What you'll bring with you
