You will be required to provide day–to–day cover for short or longer–term placements, supporting individuals with their personal care, daily living and independence. What You ll Be Doing Your day–to–day responsibilities as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker may include:

Supporting individuals with personal care and daily livingPromoting independence and supporting individuals to achieve their goalsProviding companionship and emotional supportAssisting with medication where appropriately trainedSupporting individuals with appointments and activitiesMaintaining accurate records and documentationWorking alongside other healthcare professionals and support teamsEnsuring a safe, respectful and supportive environment at all times What We re Looking For You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.Previous experience working within a care, healthcare or support setting is desirable.A caring, reliable and compassionate approach.A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.The ability to work flexibly across a range of shifts.A clear enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.
