We expect the following of each Staff;

To complete Mandatory training Do you have a valid UK driving licences desirable but not essential Car drivers are desirable but not essential At least Have some experience in caring role desirable but not essential To be caring, compassionate, loyal and reliable To have good communications skills (both written and verbal) Working with Severe Learning Disability with complex needs Flexiable staff is Essential Main function of the job:

• To support the service user with accessing activities in the community, attending collegue and appointments

• To promote and encourage her independence

• To follow and implement her individual care plan

• Make sure that their basic needs and wellbeing are being addressed and personal centred care is delivered at the highest standard.
