Description
PST Group is currently recruiting a Female Support Worker to support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and/or mental health needs in a supported living or residential care setting within the CH65 area.
The role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred support, promoting independence, emotional wellbeing, and positive daily living outcomes in line with individual support plans.
Essential Requirements (Please Read Before Applying):
Minimum of 12 months' UK care experienceProven experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and/or mental health needsExperience in supported living or residential careUnderstanding of person-centred care, positive behaviour support, and risk managementGood communication, documentation, and teamwork skillsFemale applicants only due to genuine occupational requirementMust have the right to work in the UKSponsorship is not availableWhat We Offer:
