Facilities Coordinator (Maidenhead)
Temporary Contract
£13.00 – £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Contract Until December
Start Date: 18/08/2025
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading facilities management company, for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis at their Maidenhead site.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in facilities or office coordination who is looking for stable, full-time work through to the end of the year.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day coordination of on-site facilities services
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Log and track maintenance issues and service requests
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
Assist in managing building access, security, and office supplies
General administrative support for the facilities team
Requirements:
Previous experience in a facilities or office coordination role
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident using computer systems and managing admin tasks
Proactive and solutions-focused approach
Full UK driving licence and own transport required
