We foster a supportive and inclusive environment where you can thrive and make a difference.Salary:PIP Functional Assessor (3 assessments per day) - GBP37,500 - GBP39,500 + Excellent Bonus Scheme.WCA Functional Assessor (5/6 shorter assessments per day) - GBP40,000 - GBP42,000 + Excellent Bonus Scheme(Please note that each of the above roles are subject to availability and needs in each geographical area which may fluctuate over time. Ideally candidates need to be willing to do either of these roles. Role Overview: Conduct Assessments: Evaluate claimants' health and/or work capabilities via phone and face-to-face assessments.Review Evidence: analyse medical evidence, health questionnaires, and daily living activities.Compile Reports: Produce detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). Training Program:Successful candidates will complete a 12-week comprehensive training program covering (amongst other things): Assessment Techniques: Best practices for accurate evaluations.DWP Guidelines: Requirements and guidelines of the Department for Work and Pensions.Report Writing: Skills for detailed and objective reporting.
