Salary: £23 Paid Breaks
Hours: 42 hours

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Nurse Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of this small, person-centred nursing home.

What We’re Looking For
* Registered Nurse (NMC PIN essential)
* Previous Deputy Manager xjnqpsq experience in a nursing home setting
* On-call split with manager
* Supervision/appraisals
* Weekend availability
* Proven track record of achieving and maintaining CQC compliance
* Good longevity in previous roles and a desire to grow within the organisation
* Clean DBS
