Our client, a well–established children's residential care provider, is looking for x2 Deputy Home Manager to join their team in Bethnal Green, E1 and Woodford, IG10.

The Ideal Candidate:

At least 2 years of experience in residential childcareHolds a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce/Residential ChildcareExperience in a leadership role Deputy Manager or similarPassionate about working therapeutically with children & young peopleStrong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and care plansIT–literate and able to manage administrative tasks efficiently

Bonus points if you:

Have a valid driving licenseAre working towards a Level 5 Leadership & Management qualificationHave experience in therapeutic provisions

Your Role as Deputy Home Manager:

Support the Registered Manager in leading the team and ensuring high–quality careMaintain OFSTED compliance and high safeguarding standardsOversee the development and implementation of care plansLead, coach, and support staff to ensure best practicesEnsure a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for childrenCollaborate with external agencies, social workers, and families

Location: Bethnal Green, E1 and Woodford, IG10

Hours: 40 hours per week – early & late shifts + occasional weekends
