Based in Leicester, this high–quality supported living service provides specialist support for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), learning disabilities, mental health needs, and behaviours of concern.

The service consists of self–contained apartments, creating a safe, stable, and welcoming environment where people can live independently while receiving the support they need.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to support the leadership and day–to–day operation of our supported living service.

Working alongside the Service Manager, you will help lead a dedicated team, drive high–quality care standards, and ensure the people we support receive exceptional, person–centred support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their leadership career within social care while making a genuine difference in people's lives.

What We're Looking For

• Previous leadership or management experience within health and social care.

• Knowledge of supported living, learning disabilities, autism, mental health, and positive behavioural support.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

• A passion for delivering high–quality, person–centred care.

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of vulnerable adults.
