Locations: Reading and Ascot

Three sites – two mixed practices and one predominantly private practice

Travel required across all three sites as/ when needed

Parking available at all sites – must be a car owner

Salary: From 20ph, DOE (equates approx 43,680+)

Working Hours: Full Time 42 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be the driving force behind operational excellence across our practices by:

Woking closely with our amazing management team

Leading, motivating and developing our fantastic Head Nurses, nurses and Reception Teams.

Keeping our practices running efficiently, profitably and consistently.

Championing exceptional patient experiences and first–class customer service.

Driving performance, improving systems and spotting opportunities to make us even better.

Supporting recruitment, training and developing future leaders.

Managing complaints professionally and turning feedback into improvement.

Overseeing compliance and ensuring every practice is always inspection–ready.

Supporting marketing, growth initiatives and new practice developments.

You'll be someone who sees problems before they happen – and finds solutions before

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Brings management experience in dental or healthcare (minimum of 3 years)

Is a natural leader who inspires, motivates and gets the very best from people.

Is organised, proactive and thrives in a fast–paced environment.

Loves improving systems and driving results.

Communicates confidently with both patients and teams.

Is flexible, positive and happy travelling between practices.

Has a full UK driving licence.

Bonus points if you have: multi–site management experience, CQC knowledge, HR or recruitment experience, marketing skills, SOE or Dentally experience, or a dental nursing qualification.
