Job Title: Contact Supervisor / Children's Support Worker

Location: Reading

Pay: 15.00 per hour and upwards

Hours: Flexible – days or nights, as much or as little as you want

About the Role

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Contact Supervisors / Children's Support Workers to support children and families in and around Reading. This role involves supervising family contact sessions and/or providing direct support to children in a safe, professional, and child–focused manner.

Key Responsibilities

Supervising contact between children and family members in line with care plansEnsuring the safety, wellbeing, and emotional needs of children are always prioritisedProviding clear, accurate reports following contact sessionsWorking professionally with families, social workers, and other professionalsOffering practical and emotional support to children as requiredEssential Requirements
