We are currently recruiting for Carers to join our established team working with vulnerable adults in their own accommodation. We work with over 100 service users ranging from elderly in need of daily support to mental health and learning disabilities in need of more specialist care and attention.

13.27 – 14.27 per hour as well as 20.00 per hour on bank holidays Access to wellbeing and mental health support 365 days a year Access to counselling services, free of charge Blue Light Card offering discounts of food and leisure Paid mileage and shadowing Free training, DBS and uniform Bespoke training opportunities including diplomas Local office, flexible hours and working patterns Variety of work 24 hour on–call service We can employ those without care experience as our onboarding process includes training, shadowing and ongoing, hands–on support. Regardless of your previous experience, Shire can support you transition into a caring role. Of course, we welcome those with experience also!

We can show flexibility with hours and days to suit you. All we ask is you are a driver and have access to a car and can offer at least one weekend day every other weekend.

As a Carer, you will be required to support a mixture of Service Users throughout a day with:
