Location: Llandudno

Pay: GBP13.65 per hour (Weekdays) GBP14.65 per hour (Weekends)

Guaranteed Hours: 30 hours per week

Travel Time: GBP12.00 per hour paid travel time

Mileage: 45p per mile

Overtime Rate: GBP18.00 per hour

Shifts Available: 7:30am 1:30pm and 4:00pm 9:00pm

As a Community Care Assistant, you will support clients within their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.

You will provide high–quality person–centred care tailored to each individual's needs while building trusted relationships with clients and their families.

Your duties will include:

Supporting clients with personal care, including washing, dressing and groomingAssisting with mobility and daily living activitiesSupporting with medication in line with care plansPreparing meals and encouraging nutrition and hydrationUndertaking light household duties, including cleaning and laundryProviding companionship and emotional supportSupporting clients to attend appointments and access their local communityEncouraging independence and promoting choiceMaintaining accurate care recordsReporting changes in clients' wellbeing to the senior teamWorking closely with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals About You
