A long-established and highly regarded regional practice is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its office in Worcestershire. This is a key hire for the firm, offering the opportunity to take ownership of an existing caseload and work with a high degree of autonomy.Role OverviewThis position is suited to an experienced, confident fee earner who is comfortable running a clinical negligence caseload independently. You will take over an established and varied caseload from the partners, ensuring continuity of service to longstanding clients while further developing the department.The work will include a broad range of claimant clinical negligence matters, and you will be expected to manage files from initial instruction through to resolution.This is an office-based role in Worcester, offering close collaboration with partners and the wider litigation team.Candidate Profile / Experience NeededApplications are welcomed from qualified solicitors or experienced fee earners with demonstrable experience handling claimant clinical negligence matters.You will: Have solid experience managing your own caseload independentlyBe confident handling complex and sensitive mattersPossess strong client care skills and the ability to build trusted relationshipsBe organised, proactive and commercially awareBe comfortable working as a standalone fee earner within a supportive wider team This role would particularly suit someone looking for genuine responsibility and the opportunity to play a pivotal role within a respected local practice.What's on Offer?
