This role is being advertised as Clinical Manager however the successful applicant will be employed as a Clinical Services Matron

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Contract: Permanent

Travel: Required between regional sites, with travel expenses reimbursed

This isn't just another clinical leadership role. As Clinical Services Matron with MSI UK, you'll have the opportunity to lead an established clinical service across Oxford, Reading and Chesham, shaping the way we deliver safe, compassionate and high-quality care to our clients. Your impact

You'll be at the heart of clinical leadership across the region, working alongside experienced Clinical Team Leaders, Professional Development and Safeguarding Leads and wider operational colleagues. You'll:

Lead and inspire clinical teams to deliver consistently high standards of care. Champion quality and safety, ensuring strong clinical governance and effective risk management. Develop people and future leaders, creating a culture where teams feel supported, empowered and able to thrive. Drive continuous improvement, turning ideas and insight into better services and better client experiences. Work collaboratively across sites, building strong relationships with clinical, operational and support teams. Shape the future of our services, contributing to wider regional and organisational priorities. This is a role where your leadership will be visible and where the difference you make will be felt by both colleagues and the clients we support.

What you'll bring

You'll be a Registered Nurse or Midwife with current NMC Adult registration and experience in clinical and people leadership. You'll have a strong understanding of clinical governance, quality and patient safety, with the ability to lead, coach and develop healthcare teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, alongside the confidence to work collaboratively across multiple sites and the flexibility to travel regularly between Oxford, Reading and Chesham.
