We are recruiting for an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead Nurse to join a well–established nursing home in Barton–on–Sea.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse looking to take the next step in their career or further develop their clinical leadership experience within a supportive nursing home environment.

The Role

Position: Clinical Lead Nurse Hours: 36 hours per week Shift Pattern: Primarily day shifts, with flexibility to cover day and night shifts when required As Clinical Lead Nurse, you will support the delivery of high–quality, person–centred care and provide clinical leadership to the nursing and care team.

Requirements

To be considered, you will need:

A valid NMC registration Previous experience working within a nursing home Previous clinical leadership experience is desirable Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills Good leadership and communication skills Flexibility to cover both day and night shifts when required A commitment to delivering high–quality, person–centred care What We Are Looking For
