Position: Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: Leicester, Leicestershire
Pay rate: 23 per hour + Excellent Added Benefits
Hours: Full time
Rizq Recruit is proud to be recruiting for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join a well–established nursing home located in the heart of Leicester. The home benefits from a stable and supportive management team and a close–knit care staff, with a strong reputation for delivering outstanding care to residents with nursing, dementia, and residential needs.
As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to support the day–to–day clinical and operational running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and staff development are consistently maintained.
