Residential Support Worker Children s Residential Home

Erdington, B hours per week (Shift Based, 2 on 4 off)

About the Role

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you ll:

Provide hands–on care, guidance, and support to children and young people.

Act as a positive role model, inspiring both the children and your team.

Keep accurate records, including daily logs, incident reports, and safeguarding documentation.

Contribute to creating a nurturing, high–quality home environment in line with Ofsted standards.

About You

To thrive in this role, you ll need:

Experience in children s residential care, including managing challenging behaviours.

A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)(desirable).

A Full UK Driving Licence.

Availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and regular sleep–ins.
