Are you an experienced Registered Manager ready to lead a well–established children s home and make a lasting difference?

Balfor Recruitment is proud to be working with a stable and nurturing 3–bed residential home supporting children and young people aged 5 17 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Learning Disabilities (LD). As the Registered Manager of the home, you will:

Hold and maintain Ofsted registration, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards. Provide strong, visible leadership that inspires and motivates your team Create and oversee high–quality, person–centred care plans tailored to each child. Promote a therapeutic, outcome–focused culture across the home. Drive continuous improvement and strive for excellence in care delivery. Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and risk management standards are always upheld. Work collaboratively with external professionals, families, and agencies. We are seeking a confident and experienced Registered Managerwho brings:

Recent experience as a Registered Manager in a children s residential setting. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent). Strong experience supporting children with EBD and/or Learning Disabilities. Minimum 2 years experience managing and developing residential care teams. Up–to–date knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and multi–agency working. A proven track record of achieving at least a Good Ofsted rating within the last 2 years. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Enhanced DBS.
