We are recruiting on behalf of a well–established, therapeutic 8–bedded children s home that has been providing consistent, high–quality care. This is a unique opportunity to join a single–home provider (no expansion plans) that offers stability, strong values and long–term commitment to both staff and children.

About the Home

8–bedded therapeutic residential home

Children aged 5 10 years

Supporting children with EBD and complex trauma

Trauma–informed approach

Daily enrichment activities

Annual summer camping trip and regular extracurricular activities (Karate, dance, clubs, etc.)

The Role

38 hours per week

Supporting children with emotional, behavioural and developmental needs

Acting as a consistent, positive role model

Encouraging engagement in education and enrichment activities

Supporting therapeutic interventions and structured routines

We are looking for someone reliable, resilient and emotionally mature.

Level 3 Children & Young People qualification fully funded (enrolled if not already qualified)

NAPPI Level 3 (Challenging Behaviour) training provided

Requirements

Experience in a residential setting (adults or children considered)

Full UK driving licence (essential)

Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)

Ability to commit to full–time hours
