Leading and motivating a team of support workersDelivering person-centred care that empowers individuals to live independentlyRecruiting and developing staff through supervisions and interviewsCommunicating with staff, the people we support, and external professionalsKeeping records up to date with solid written and IT skills Who You'll Support
Our service supports individuals with learning difficulties, autism, challenging behaviours, and mobility needs - so manual handling is part of the role. We're looking for someone energetic, hardworking, patient, and with a great sense of humour.
