Confident in having constructive conversations and providing feedback.

Experience conducting observations and assessments in the field.

Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or working towards it).

Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills.

Full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Desirable:

Ambition to complete Level 5 qualification and progress to Deputy Manager in the future.

What’s on Offer
