We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Care Manager to join our team at a highly reputable care home in Sunderland, rated "Outstanding" by the CQC. This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright and motivated Deputy Manager to step into a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

– Deputise for the manager as required

– Collaborate with the manager to ensure the smooth daily operations of the home

– Maintain the high standards and excellent reputation of the facility
