Location: Leicester, LE2
Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)

The are looking for a Service/Care Manager to join their Care Home in Leicester.
Role Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in care sector at management levelLevel 5 in Leadership and managementStrong CQC & QAF knowledgeExperience in setting up new servicesProficient liaising with outside professionalsA motivated manager with excellent communication skillsCommitted to providing high standards of care.Experience in both residential and supported living services.Computer skills - competent in using Microsoft Word and the internet They require an ambitious manager with a wealth of experience in Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Disorder, Complex Behaviours, and Dementia.
