Location: Christchurch, Dorset

Salary: 65,000 per Annum + Excellent PRP Bonus + Relocation Package

PSR Solutions are proud to be working in partnership with a highly reputable & award–winning care provider to recruit a driven and talented Care Home Manager for their "Good" and "Outstanding" rated nursing home in the beautiful coastal setting of Christchurch, Dorset.

Role:

As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring it delivers the highest standards of person–centred nursing care. You will lead a dedicated team to provide a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment for residents.

You will play a key role in driving occupancy, maintaining regulatory compliance, and achieving financial targets. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll have the autonomy and support to make a positive impact on residents' lives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide inspirational leadership to a committed staff team, fostering a culture of compassion and kindnessOversee recruitment, training, and retention of skilled care professionalsMaintain compliance with CQC standards and all relevant care legislationManage the home's budget and ensure financial targets are metDevelop and implement marketing plans to maintain full occupancy and promote services to potential residents and their familiesBuild and nurture relationships with residents, families, and key stakeholdersContinuously evaluate and improve the home's performanceManage risks and maintain a safe, secure environment for allSkills and Attributes:

Minimum 3 years' experience managing a large care settingStrong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory complianceCommercially minded with experience in driving occupancy and growth.Confident communicator and inspirational leader with a proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain staffCommitted to community engagement and maintaining a strong local reputationEducation and Qualifications:
