Job: Care Home Manager Elderly/Dementia Service

Location: Gloucester

Salary: Up to GBP50,000 (Negotiable for the Right Candidate)

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our elderly and dementia care service in Gloucester. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a CQC–regulated service, ensuring high–quality, person–centred care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day–to–day operations of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards.

Develop, implement, and monitor care plans tailored to individual needs, including dementia–specific support.

Lead, support, and develop a skilled team, promoting a positive and professional culture.

Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and quality assurance standards are consistently met.

Build strong relationships with residents, families, external agencies, and commissioners.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a care setting, ideally with elderly or dementia services.

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

Proven experience within an elderly dementia setting would be ideal.

Sound knowledge of CQC regulations and best–practice care standards.

Ability to inspire and support a motivated, compassionate team.
