Description
We are hiring compassionate Care Assistants to join our clients assisted living service in Burnley. You will be providing essential daily care and support to service users within an assisted living setting, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering personalised care, including personal care (showering, dressing, and hygiene).
Assisting service users with physical mobility using safe manual handling techniques.
Safe prompting and administration of medication in accordance with care plans.
Assisting with daily tasks, meal preparation, and light domestic duties.
Fostering a supportive, safe, and respectful living environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in personal care and assisted living environments.
Up–to–date Manual Handling training
Experience or training in Medication Administration.
An empathetic, respectful, and patient approach to care.
