CJ29426 – Care Assistant – Swaffam
We are currently looking for full time permanent Care Assistants to join one of my clients well established care homes in Swaffam.
This Care Home in Swaffam is a 35-bed luxury Elderly and Dementia residential home that has a ‘Good’ rated CQC in all areas.
We are looking for hard-working, enthusiastic, and compassionate Care Assistants, who would be open to progression and joining are family within the Care Home.

Details/Requirements for Care Assistant Role
* Full Time – 24/36/42/48 hours contacted per week
* Pay rate for Care Assistant role : £13.00ph - £14.00ph
* NVQ 2 or above in Health and Social Care
* 12-hour shifts (8am – 8pm/8pm to 8am)
* Alternate weekends
* 35 bedded Care Home
* Previous experience working as a Care Assistant in a Care Home
Duties for Care Assistant Role:
* Motivating residents to get the most out of their day

* Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
* Taking part in daytime activities with the residents
