Start Date: September

Salary: GBP95 – GBP110 per day

The school is looking to take on a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant on a long–term supply basis from September, supporting secondary–aged pupils including providing 1:1 support where required. The successful Behaviour Mentor will help pupils displaying challenging behaviour to remain engaged in learning, promote positive behaviour and support the school s inclusive approach.

The successful Behaviour Support Assistant will have:

Experience working with secondary–aged children or young peopleExperience supporting pupils with challenging behaviourExperience providing 1:1 supportStrong behaviour management and de–escalation skillsA positive and inclusive approach to supporting young peopleExcellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships In return for the above you can expect to receive:
