Milk Education have partnered with a specialist all through school in Camden, who are looking to appoint a CREATIVE, RELIABLE and RESLIANT individual to support students at their school. This permanent role offers a great opportunity for progression, development and a sense of achievement. Students who attend this school have various backgrounds, and are all on EHCPS. Do you want to work in a challenging, yet rewarding role? Are you available full time and to start after the winter break? Could this be the role for you? Your role & responsibilities: Work closely with teachers, school staff, and parents to implement behaviour support plans. De–escalator, Prevent and Support students in regulating emotions Provide one–on–one or small group support to students with behavioural needs. Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the school setting. Non–negotiables: Proven experience working with children A minimum of 6 months UK based experience Good understanding of SEMH Resilient, Reliable and Engaging Individual Why choose Milk?
