Full–time/ Part– time –: GBP82.80 to GBP100 per day– September start

We work with schools with a high level of need within SEN, and this would be a fantastic opportunity to have an immense impact on vulnerable children's lives. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our pupils, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

Supporting a pupil with Autism in navigating daily school life, using personalised behaviour strategiesBuilding a trusting, consistent relationship that encourages confidence, independence, and emotional securityCollaborating closely with class teachers, the SEN team, and the pupil s family to implement effective support plansHelping develop social skills and positive coping mechanisms to aid in long–term progress and well–beingTracking progress, adapting support, and celebrating every step forward Requirements for Behaviour Support Assistant role:

Experience working with children with SEN, particularly Autism or behavioural challenges (desirable)A calm, patient, and empathetic approach with a genuine commitment to inclusive educationStrong communication and teamwork skills to work in partnership with school staff and familiesA proactive, solution–focused mindset and the ability to remain positive in challenging situations Behaviour Support Assistant – Andover – September start
