Your Role as a Behaviour Support Assistant:

Working with students who need additional behaviour and emotional support Implementing SOAR strategies to improve student engagement and wellbeing Supporting the pastoral team in managing behaviour across the school Helping students develop resilience, confidence, and positive learning attitudes What the School is Looking For:

Experience in behaviour management, pastoral care, or mentoring A calm, compassionate, and proactive approach Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, staff, and parents A commitment to inclusion and supporting vulnerable students What the School Offers:
