Position: Assistant Support Worker

Location: Amersham

Salary: 25,506 per annum

Hours: Full–time (37.5 hours per week)

Join our supportive team at Stokebury House, a supported living service with 12 self–contained flats for people with mental health needs. We work collaboratively to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where individuals feel respected, supported and empowered to live as independently as possible.

The Role

You will provide person–centred support that makes a real difference, including:

Personal care delivered with dignity and compassionSupport with medication and daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgetingEncouraging community involvement and local activitiesFollowing individual support plans and risk assessmentsBuilding positive, trusting relationships that promote independenceAbout You

You are caring, reliable and proactive, with good communication skills and the ability to adapt to different needs. You value teamwork and inclusion, and you are happy to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
