Location: Leeds
Team: CIN and CP
Rate: 40 (Umbrella)
Hours: 37 per week
Social Personnel are recruiting for an Advanced Practitioner for a CIN and CP Team in Leeds.
Duties include:
Manage a complex caseload comprising of Child and Family Assessments, Child in Need, Child Protection, Child Care Proceedings until permanence. Lead and manage responsibility for a complex caseload alongside other social workers. ( No supervisory or line manager responsibilities) Promote family led decisions to manage risk and meet support needs. Requirements:
Be able to demonstrate excellent relational work with children and families and be able to engage children through direct work and child centred practice. Excellent organisation skills and ability to meet competing demands are required to ensure practice standards, good quality and practice and performance. Excellent analytical assessment skills and with high quality written work. Why Social Personnel:
