Job Title: Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) / Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)Service Care Solutions are recruiting to support a major Primary Care Centre, located in Morcombe.Location: Morecambe / HeyshamSetting: Primary Care (GP Surgery)Rate: GBP45 per hour (LTD)Working Hours: 8:00am - 6:30pmDays Required: Monday & TuesdayContract Length: Jan - March 2026Systems: EMISRequirements: Smartcard requiredJob Description We are seeking an experienced ACP / ANP to support a GP surgery in the Morecambe / Heysham area. This role involves delivering high-quality primary care services, managing a varied caseload, and working autonomously within a well-established practice team.Key Responsibilities Conduct same-day acute clinics, minor illness appointments and chronic disease reviews within scope of practice.Perform F2F and telephone clinical assessments, diagnose conditions, and formulate management plans.Prescribe medications safely and appropriately (if a qualified prescriber)Maintain accurate and timely clinical records using EMIS.Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and wider MDT to ensure continuity of care.Support practice demand during peak periods by providing high-quality, autonomous clinical decision-making. Essential Requirements Qualified ACP / ANP with proven primary care or urgent care experience (L7 MSc)Confident in autonomous clinical assessment and management.Smartcard essential.Competent using EMIS.Full right to work in the UK.
