Responsibilities of this role:

Lead and supervise Social Workers within the Community teamAllocate and oversee casework, ensuring timely and safe practiceProvide oversight on complex cases and safeguarding decisionsEnsure compliance with Care Act duties, policies, and statutory requirementsSupport multi-agency working and chair meetings where neededDrive quality, performance, and continuous improvementManage team performance, workloads, and professional developmentSupport service planning, reporting, and effective use of resourcesRequirements of this role:

Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.Must have minimum of 3 years post qualifying social work experienceBenefits of working through Reed, include:
